By placing an order with Overlander Sports, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. Policy updated February 7, 2024
Free local delivery on orders over $25
To qualify for delivery within Yellowknife, N'dilo, and Dettah, your purchase must exceed $25. No shipping fees will be applied for orders within these areas. At present, our shipping services are exclusively available to the aforementioned communities.
Our delivery services are specifically limited to the local areas of Yellowknife, N'dilo, and Dettah. We do not extend our services to international deliveries or shipments to other territories or provinces.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Overlander Sports is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
1. Delivery schedule:
We make every effort to have deliveries made on the same day as the order is placed.
2. Once Delivery is Made
If you are not available to accept the delivery, we will leave the parcel at the entrance of your dwelling or building. By placing an order online, you agree to have the parcel left at your dwelling, and do not hold Overlander Sports responsible for its care once delivery is made.
3. Transfer of responsibility:
Overlander Sports will no longer be responsible for the care and condition of the package once it has been left at the customer's provided address.
4. Proof of delivery:
As proof of delivery, our courier will capture a picture at the time of delivery.
In a hurry?
Orders are typically processed within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving payment. Orders placed before 3:00pm will be processed and delivered on the same business day.
Most items you can order online, and pick up at Overlander Sports during business hours. Just make sure you select to pick up your order in-store! Orders are typically ready to pick up within two hours, but wait to receive an e-mail telling you your order is ready for pick-up, before heading to the store. Please bring valid photo I.D. to pick up your order.
